Update November 2007
Thanks heaps to everyone that has put your names down for the BBQ Roster. Those that are away or canât make it thanks for letting me know. There will be other opportunities to help out. We still need a few from 1:30 onwards.
This Saturdayâs training we are short on steerers as 6 ladies are away. If any men would like to come to help out, we would love to see you. 6am at the swamp.
A HUGE THANKS to Paul Terry and Gero for Blessing our canoes, calling up all paddlers and commentary thru out the Corporate Day. They provided us with music and fun all day. The atmosphere was set straight away with these seasoned entertainers. Remember they are available for all sorts of functions and the music they make is awesome. They provided their services to Panamuna for âfreeâ so make sure you let them know that we appreciate that very much. Or hire them for your next function.
Farewell to our Panamuna paddlers that are heading off to Raratonga for the week. They are fit and strong and will make us proud.

There has been some talk about members wanting to form mixed crews but no one knows who is doing what. You can always give your name to Waiana and she could send this out to everyone.

Milk Bottles
We still need clean empty milk bottles for the hulls of our boats with lids. Could you bring them to training and we will collect quiet a few then put them in the boats. Lets just put them in the container for now.

Bunnings BBQ
If anyone has a friend who is a Butcher could you please ask them for a donation of sausages for the Bunnings BBQ. We will need about 60 to 70 kilo so any amount would help. Also the same for bread or sauce.
