All 2008 season memberships expire on 31st December. 2009 fees are $300 for all members (social or competitive), in all locations.

Please follow steps below to make renewals easier for me:

Download a renewal form and an indemnity form (medical declaration if needed) from website and complete all sections, including email, address and sign.

Send forms and $240only (cash ,cheque or internet transfer) to Panamuna OCC, PO BOX 925, MOOLOOLABA. 4557.

If using internet transfer, you must provide a copy of payment receipt with the renewal form.

When I have received your $240 and forms, I will email your new MEMBER I.D.(different to aocra no) and/or password to you. You must then log on to www.aocra.com.au to pay the $60 insurance with your credit card.
Aocra will email you a receipt. Please forward that receipt to danjay2@bigpond.com.

Please RSVP ASAP for the Christmas Party by Monday 1st December.
We had our inaugural meat tray raffle at Kawana Surf Club last night.
It was great to see so much support for our first night as meat tray sellers, with Lyn, Bongo and Cathy, and Bob dropping in for a drink and dinner (you can't beat roast night).

As of 26 November 2008, no more AOCRA Forms are to be posted off to our Zone Registrar for your club member's registration.
As it stands all existing paddlers are insured until 31/12/08
Any new paddlers are to complete forms. These forms are to be held by your club registrars as confirmation of their insurance (until they have logged on to the new system).
To date the majority of clubs have used the AOCRA New Member Form and the Renewal Forms as their club form.
With this new on-line system these forms will become obsolete.
Clubs are encouraged to create their own Membership Forms for their records.
Your club registrars and acting registrars will shortly be issued with a series of ID numbers and passwords for all current paddlers.
All clubs will then be issued with instructions on how to upload their details into the new on-line system.
